About these terms
These terms apply to your use of themoe.com, which is operated by Themoe India Private Limited ("THE MOE", "we", "us"), based at T-Hub, Hyderabad Knowledge City, Serilingampally, Hyderabad 500081, India. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
They cover the website only. Any product, deployment, licence or service we supply is governed by the separate written agreement signed for that work, not by these terms.
Information on this site
We describe our products, deployments and results as accurately as we can, but the content is general information about what we do. It is not an offer, a quotation or a technical specification for a particular project.
- Specifications, hardware, features and figures can change as products develop, and a configuration shown on the site may differ from the one supplied to you.
- Deployment descriptions are limited to what we are permitted to publish. Fuller operational details are shared only under a non-disclosure agreement.
- Nothing on the site is professional, legal or procurement advice. Confirm anything you rely on with us in writing.
Enquiries and demonstrations
Submitting an enquiry, requesting a case study or booking a demonstration does not create a contract and does not commit either of us to anything. A commitment exists only once both parties sign a written agreement.
Please do not send classified, export-controlled or otherwise restricted information through the site's forms. If a discussion needs that kind of information, tell us and we will arrange a suitable channel and, where needed, a non-disclosure agreement first. Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, images, film, 3D renders, graphics, logos and the names VRMMDS, Maquette-XR, MOE AR and Sky-XR, belong to THE MOE or are used with permission. You may view the site and print or save pages for your own evaluation of our products. You may not copy, republish, sell or build on its content without our written permission.
Acceptable use
When using the site you must not:
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it runs on or any connected system
- interfere with its operation, including by overloading it or introducing malicious code
- submit false, misleading or automated enquiries, or use the forms to send unsolicited messages
- scrape or copy the site's content in bulk
Links to other sites
Where the site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn or Microsoft, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Availability
